Description:
Guest: Dr. Bonner Cohen, Sr. Environmental Scholar for the National Center for Public Policy Research, discussed the EPA land grab by changing the law regarding the regulation of wetlands by removing the word "navigable" from the waterways Congress authorized them by law to regulate. By expanding the definition of wetlands from "navigatable" waterways to simply waterways, the EPA, without congressional approval, would assume the ability to regulate virtually all wetlands in the United States including those that are seasonally or intermittently wet.
